|SEI GIORNI DI ENDURO RIDING SUI SINGLE TRACK DELL’ALTO ATLAS MAROCCHINO
Nel cuore delle maestose montagne dell’Atlante, sulle pendici settentrionali del possente monte Toubkal, su chilometri e chilometri di sentieri in discesa, mulattiere e single track! Brevi trasferimenti in 4×4 vi condurranno sugli altopiani più elevati, creste o passi così da godersi le lunghe discese veloci e tecnici single track. Sarete portati su luoghi unici dove altri non sarebbero mai andati! Questa parte dell’Atlante nasconde una sorprendente rete di mulattiere e sentieri, potrete scoprire la magia della vera terra dei berberi, pittoreschi villaggi berberi e valli remote. Un epico tour in mountain bike/enduro, un giro autentico dove potrete sperimentare l’ospitalità berbera, paesaggi mozzafiato e certamente forti emozioni!

Day 1 • Marrakech
Welcome at the Airport of Marrakesh and transfer to the hotel Les 3 Palmiers, overnight on bed & breakfast basis.
Day 2 • Amizmiz
Meet your guide and drive south towards the Atlas foothills and the city of Amizmiz. The road snakes up to 1900m plateau where we will prepare bikes start our ride stage on a hill side trail. The line follows a slate crest and swings between pine trees until we reach the first villages on the plain. After a superb 3 hours biking, we meet our driver down the plain for a good lunch pause.
In the afternoon a short 4×4 transfer will bring us back to the plateau for another 2h30 hours epic decent to the meet our driver, pack the bikes and drive us to our gite.

Day 3 • Tahnaout
A short 4×4 shuttle up to a pass at 1880m, bike preparation and start our stage from the village down through an oak forest. There are some tough technical sections on side single track and the views are just magnificent. As we move down, the trail is more fast flowing with good grips and an amazing variety of terrain and colors. After a superb 3 hours biking, we meet our driver down the plain for a good lunch pause.
In the afternoon a short 4×4 transfer will bring us back to the pass for another 3 hours epic decent to the Ourika Valley. Meet our driver, pack the bikes and drive to the Refuge CAF at Oukaimden (1hour drive)
NB. Depend on how you feel, you may do just the morning section, to discuss with your guide.

Day 4 • Timenkar Plateau
A short drive and then we will start our biking stage through typical Berber villages and lush green terraces. The trail goes up to 2450m high with a superb views on the Atlas Mountain giant summits. We bike down technical to fast riding single tracks to overhang the beautiful upper Ourika Valley. We will meet our 4×4 down Setti Fatma to drive us back 1700m high pass to ride another superb 14 km single track trail to link the lower Ourika Valley. Overnight at refuge du CAF Oukaimden.

Day 5 • Oukaimden – Ourika
Bike preparation and start our day on a side jeep track to the head of the first single track. The first section is technical on scree mule trail leading us to a superb valley. The villagers are always amazed to see bikers on their trails. Another hill side jeep track section before an easy climb to the pass to start an unforgettable decent on a variety of terrain through a pin forest. We reach the village of Takoucht where we will be welcomed in a Berber family for a rewarding lunch. After a deserved rest, we’re off again. A short warm up of 3km and start another incredible single track on a slate grippy crest! The stage ends on the plains where we meet our 4×4 for a shuttle to our hotel on the Zat Valley.

Day 6 • Tikla Valley
For our last day ride we will drive south on one of the highest roads of Morocco linking Marrakech to Ouarzazate. Just before the Tichka Pass, we will be off again for another great biking day exploring the Tikla Valley. A superb mix of tracks & trails across remote Berber village where the cheerful locals are still amazed to see bikes on their paths. The last single track on a red clay crest line is just alluring! At Zergten, we will meet our 4×4 for a transfer back to Marrakech, overnight in a Riad in the Medina on BB basis
